One act of generosity erased debt, restored dreams, and launched futures—proving that belief in
students is the most powerful investment of all.
Since 1974, Southern University at Shreveport’s School of Business has helped students
launch successful careers in business, finance, and entrepreneurship. Renamed the Roy Griggs
School of Business in 2022, it continues that legacy by expanding opportunity and economic
mobility for first-generation and working adult students.
